Don't get that cpu cooler. Whatever you do, don't get that. Passive coolers are not worth the metal they're made of unless you strap a fan to it.

Use a less expensive case and get a modern cpu and motherboard..

System CPU : Ryzen 9 5950 doing whatever PBO lets it. Motherboard : Asus B550 Wifi II RAM 80GB 3600 CL 18 2x 32GB 2x 8GB GPUs Vega 56 & Tesla M40 Corsair 4000D Storage: many and varied small (512GB-1TB) SSD + 5TB WD Green PSU 1000W EVGA GOLD

You can trust me, I'm from the Internet.

This^

You could also bring the PSU down to 500-600W and get a 1TB drive. I'm guessing that build will probably draw 300W, 350 at most. 750W is overkill for a build like this.

He could drop the PSU to a quality 300W and be fine that 750W is way more than he needs.

Better and cheaper than the OP but if the budget is $650 i can beef it up. I added a SSD because it will make a big improvement for user experience.

I just want to say coolbeans build is more powerful with gaming, but the loss of a SSD will make web browsing and general computing less responsive.
