Moto 360 charging dock surfaces in leaked images

Motorola's upcoming Android Wear-based Moto 360 smartwatch could come with a wireless charging dock that shows the screen while the battery charges, if newly leaked photos turn out to be true.

An Italian blog, called Mister Gadget, claims to have obtained images of how the Moto 360 will charge when it launches this summer. The pictures show the smartwatch, which runs Google's Android Wear operating system for wearable devices, sitting in a small dock and reportedly charging via Qi, a wireless charging standard led by the Wireless Power Consortium.

Cool I like this as I don't use my alarm clock at all anymore, it is more of a charging dock for me than a clock so with this taking off your watch and setting it on your nightstand makes a lot of sense

That looks pretty cool. I don't like the band though.

The bands can be changed I thought?

From what I can see on the picture, it can't be replaced with any standardized band.

Not sure how reputable this site is, but it lists different bands. http://www.phonearena.com/news/New-Moto-360-images-show-different-watchbands-and-build_id54297

I swear that is the biggest Eff up on there behalf. They should of waited until they had the technology assets to create a full circular watch display. Ruins the look completely its like a monitor with a fat bezel thats uneven!

Looks decent, but that bar is slightly annoying but I can get over it, and as long as they sell it with different straps available, I'll be happy, so I can install a nice brown leather strap on it.

Looks really nice, been wanting a circular/smaller smart watch. The Pebble and the other big squares ones would look ridiculous on me.

QI charging makes a lot of sense to use, stops the messing with fiddly connectors if they aren't using something like a magnetic one.

Plus I already have my phone to plug in, I'd prefer to not have two devices to do it with. Just have one I can plonk down and it start charging.

The black bar looks like it's part of a screen protector. Like the film it would ship with to protect the screen that you pull off after you unbox.

I'll have to agree with the band. It makes the watch look like a cheap Casio.

I was really excited for this watch until I saw the stupid black bar at the bottom. Why can't they just put the circuitry below/under the screen?
