"Gaming" Laptop for $600 or less

So, my friend told me he wants to buy a new laptop (he has an oldish one that he bought for like 200usd on one trip to USA) and he doesn't want to spend much money. 

 

He'll be mostly using it for LoL and Minecraft probably, but he wants something that can run stuff (low settings at 720p and not necessarily the best fps, Idk how but he can live with that) 

 

I know that most laptops in that price range only have integrated graphics, but still I'd like to have people recommend me the best laptops around that price range that can work as pseudo gaming.

 

- Screen resolution doesn't matter

- Screen Size doesn't matter (I think his laptop is 13'' anyway)

- Has to be able to run League of Legends and Minecraft at humanly acceptable fps and graphical settings 

- If possible no more than $600 unless it's absolutely worth it

 

He told me he wants to play Tomb Raider (again, hate to repeat, but he'd be happy if it plays at 720p and low settings as long as it's around 30fps) so please tell me if there is no such thing as a $600ish laptop that can do this ._.

See if you can get a Clevo W110er based laptop cheap, uyou can completely customise them to suit budget

 

I love mine, i fitted it with an i5, 8gb of ram!., they come standard with a 650m, 11.6" laptop with 1366x768 matt display

the 840M is about equivalent to a 750M which is about equivalent to a 660M

Used? You can still buy new ones from certain places, the model was never replaced, and you can fit them with anything you want. Sure there are newer machines but a 650m is a pretty fast GPU and better than nearly every other laptop at this price range

 

For example here in Europe Eurocom still sell them, was just an idea anyway , im sure other people will have other great suggestions

 

EDIT: sorry the model they replaced it with is the 13" W230SS, but that is like $900 unless you can find a place that lets you pick sometihng less than an i7
