it ran  at 2-3 fps.....we have a long ways to go before 8 k. I am changing this thread to high def. gaming.

just to clearify

 

4K = 4 * FHD

 

8K = 4 * 4K

 

8K = 16 FHD

 

so yea, what did you expect

i think a 2 way 295X2 Sli will run it on medium maybe not sure lol but damn it looks bootyful

 

Or a 3 way 780 TI 6 GB when its released in the near future.

SSD 128GB Sandisk Ultra Plus as my OS drive. HDD's  1TB  Seagate ST31000524AS its OEM, 3TB Seagate Barracuda, 2x 500GB WDC Blue (RAID 0)

If it isn't working absolutely perfectly, according to all your assumptions, it is broken.
