Need input on a cheap gaming build for my nephew.

I'm planning a build for my nephew that needs to be able to do 1080p medium-very high gaming (depending on the game) at 35-60+FPS. 

Considerations:

  • Used is fine as long as it's not from some random guy who I can't trust. Ebay trusted sellers are acceptable for example.
  • Max Budget is $375 including shipping (not tax).
  • I already own peripherals, an OS, a case and a monitor.
  • Future proofing is irrelevant imo as this is so cheap that I don't see it as worth the money/time/effort honestly.

The two CPUs are because I'm conflicted about choosing between quad core or dual core. I'm not sure if the benefit would be worth it. 

Also, I have ECC RAM listed there because the motherboard & CPU support it and it's the cheapest set of 2x2GB RAM I can get. This means I can one day use this as a weak File Server if I wish.

i would do this and if you need to lower the price a little then get a hdd instead of a ssd and only grt 1 4gb stick

Hey guys, just had a thought. How about you list the price in (brackets) without the MIR because some people don't always bother with MIR. Plus I think @Vitalius would find it much more helpful with knowing the full price without the MIR anyway. Just a thought. :)

Neither. It will calculate the prices without the MIR tacked on.
