So i opened a ticket with Corsair 8 days ago... Still no response?

Luke

The last time i opened a ticket for a cable i was missing on a power supply someone replied in one day so this seems weird, Any idea's? I added a comment hoping that would get their attention but no luck. On the e-mail they sent when i opened the ticket it says "A Corsair Representative will respond within 2 business days".

Just wait I guess. You could try to email them as a complaint. They are usually pretty good with RMA

They probably won't respond sat-sun. But I've heard that corsairs customer support is pretty good. I've also heard some horror stories. Just submit another ticket Ina few days if you still have no response and make sure you say you've already been waiting a while

I'm starting to think that some of those people consider not needing support to equate to good customer service. The few times I've had to use their support it wasn't good at all. It was pretty terrible, to be honest. Pester them on their community forums so they take notice. That's not the way it should be, but it'll get things done.

i'd submit a tech ticket and then trapse over to corsair forums and create topic

(in appropriate subforum) and usually RAMGUY will look into the RMA request.

waited 4days (submitted july 2 and answered july 6 RMA H100 and all was good.
