H100i 600T Config for best cooling performance?

Hey guys!!! Can anyone tell me which scheme of the two is the best to cool my CPU and have a lot of airflow? I also wanted to use the rear fan as an intake personally if that's possible. I attached two schemes to this post for you guys to see.
