I would love to know what is the symptom of HDD dying so i can change it before its too late.Thanks

Hmm maybe data corruption, frequent blue screens, strange slow downs and clicky noises.

 

Is this the real life? Or is this just fantasy?

Loud, annoying, noises.

 

Slower performance than usual.

 

corrupting data, blue screens and other failures.

There are tools for that. Run something like CrystalDiskInfo it tells you in what shape your hhd is. But even then a HDD can just die without any notice.

I think Speed Fan has an option to check the life of your HDD as well.

A friend of mine would notice that her HDD would keep disconnecting or disappearing from my computer, a few days later it died, luckily she got a new one before it happened.

loud noises, clicks, pc freezing, slowing down is usually the symptoms thank god for ssd's

If you think you have a sign of a hard drive dieing let us know, I bet many would want to know this, but as always, back it up even if its a sparkling new drive.

I roll with sigs off so I have no idea what you're advertising.

You know its definitely dead if the PCB explodes like mine did.

All of tha above, also download CrystalDiskInfo which should tell you what the problem is, my mate is an old WD Red 250GB and it shows Caution with the problem being Reallocated Sectors Count
