Get goo cpu cooling and a good gpu cooler. And some good fans for airflow will do wonders.

Same amount of heat comes out of computer...

Water cool, and keep the radiators outside your window.

Make sure power saving features are enabled in the BIOS. Undervolt your CPU. Get a 80plus or better PSU if you don't already have one. Get a lower power PSU if your current one is grossly overkill(1000W for a single CPU+GPU)

Make sure your GPU runs at low power when idling(mine runs at 8% tsp at idle)

Same here...poorly constructed building and electronics can heat up my room 10 to 20 degrees above the ouside temps...

I already planned a solution...AC splitunit that will also have the option to connect my pc to it.

Energy efficient quiet as well as ice cold

It will set me back 1000 euro's becuase i will also need a massive portable radiator for LAN'S.

But eventually it will be well worth it...cool room in the summer, free heating during winter :P
