Cougar Vortex 120mm fans suitable for Corsair H80i push/pull Config?

My stock Corsair H80i fans are too LOUD! Im just wondering if a Cougar Vortex 120mm PWM fans would be a better replacement for my H80i stock fans? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835553002&cm_re=COUGAR_VORTEX-_-35-553-002-_-Product

Or not? I dont have any idea if this cougar vortex is an AIRFLOW fans or STATIC PRESSURE fans.

The fans themselves should be good.

But they look to have a round frame, which is not ideal for rad use.

Stock coolers - The sound of bare minimum
