Youtube in 60fps!

Youtube has gone out on twitter and said that they will be enabling 48 and even 60fps videos in the future. Only 2 videos are currently available in 60fps at the moment. A trailer for Battlefield Hardline and Titalfall.

What do you guys think about this upgrade to YouTube? Do you really care? Please leave a comment!

More fps= More bandwith needed correct?

look at it like pictures, the more pictures you receive per second the more bandwidth it takes.

i think this is a good move.. i want them to put upan option with high bitrate & audio & color depth to get that whole quality to those who need, only a few would watch it in that setting , but it is a good alternative , hey, there's still 240p optio still available when no one use it, why not this as well..

Details separate people.

i don't think this is true, file size have to do with bit rate not fps.

When 2 things meet each other, Quantum stuff happens.

But unless you scale it down which i hope no one ever does, more frames more data, higher bit rate
