I need a laptop for $700 USD or less!

I don't mind hitting the budget or going a teeny over.

 

My requirements:

RAM:Atleast 4gb of ram, with an extra slot for an upgrade to 8gb, or there can be 6-8gb already in, without expansion

CPU: Anything goes, but hopefully something that won't bottleneck the system 

GPU: I need a dedicated graphics card, I know its hard, but please help me * any dedicated gpu will work as long as it is "okay" *

STORAGE: Doesn't really matter, as long as I can upgrade it.

Resolution: Doesn't matter as long as its like 1366x768, but 1080p would be best.

OS: Win 8 or 7 works fine.

 

 

I don't mind if its refurbished or used.

this is a pretty bad price range, gaming laptops start getting good at around $1000, there are ones cheaper, but they aren't great. if you really need one for $700, this one is ok http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00I0NYKL4/ref=sr_1_1?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1403880818&sr=1-1&keywords=laptop I reccomend saving up some and getting a lenovo y50 or y40.
