Across my 3 SSD's (240GB, 120GB, and 500GB) and my 2 TB drive I would put it around 1TB

Mine's 111GB exactly. Obviously that doesn't include my non-Steam games like War Thunder and BF: Hardline Beta which make it about 130GB.

This is just some of my games. I have origin too and many many non steam games. Regarding Steam, This is just 5% of all the games

According to WinDirStat (I recommend you guys use it instead of windows explorer, it scans all files quicker and gives you a nice graphical representation to figure out what's taking how much space something takes visually) it's 34.3 GB but of those, 31 gb are just for my Skyrim install (I have an unhealthy amount of mods, some of them I really enjoy but that are very poorly made and use way too much space)

But I have several older games, gog games and indie games that put together use like another 30 gb which is a lot consider most of them install under 4 gb.
