if you will only be doing a CPU loop there wont be much of a difference but once you add more blocks that is where the D5 pump will start to shine over the X20 750. as @Bagmup said that with just the CPU loop the temp difference wont me noticeable but the reliability its gonna be one of the longest running part in your system.
