i just watched this video expecting a rubbish itx or matx board with a 180w psu and 1 pcie slot with a celeron. that is a bad pc spec........ but this is just off the scale  :o

its basically a laptop in a desktop case. a really really bad laptop as well

I remember my mom buying a $330 Lenovo K410 desktop, and it had a 300W full PSU. A full ATX motherboard, and 3 PCI slots. It also had a HDD cage for 3 more drives and enough ports for more. And a 1TB WD Blue HDD, and a Pentium 3GHz dual core. With the Intel Stock cooler! Plus they added a USB 3.0 PCI card because the MB did not have USB 3.0. And because the Pentium was LGA 1155, you could upgrade to like a 3470 or something. Making a really nice machine.

HP really drops the ball when Lenovo can do better.

This guy is just having a go at the marketing, really? It's fucking marketing of course it's bad, He reckons he's been in the business for a long time and He's only just working out that the marketing is not exactly honest?  He's having a go at HP for not using phillips head screws, who does he think is going to buy this computer? Someone who knows what they are doing in the back of this thing is either not going to care that they are torx or won't be buying to start with.

 

HP have this computer for sale in officeworks in Aus,  it's $398 with a 20" monitor,  for a basic pc (complete pc at that) to email and word process that's not a bad deal.

Grammar and spelling is not indicative of intelligence/knowledge.  Not having the same opinion does not always mean lack of understanding.
