Corsair HG10?

Will the upcoming corsair hg10 be compatible with the non-reference MSI R9 290 gaming. The MSI's pcb looks identical to that of the reference card.

" The bad news are that it requires specific card models, limiting its compatibility with only AMD Radeon R9 290X/290 reference cards (A1 Edition) or NVIDIA GeForce Titan, 780 Ti, 780, 770 cards (N1 Edition). Corsair hinted that there will be more versions for other AMD cards soon, although they did not specify for which models."

No idea. From the looks of the bracket in the videos it seems it actually has a single piece of aluminum that covers the entire PCB (giving more cooling to the vrms) and this most likely will conflict with the components on the non-reference board. It looks similar around the GPU and power delivery, but closer to the front of the card you can see some different components which are most likely taller than the stock.
