The 120GB version is the same price on amazon but the other ones are cheaper.

I think the 120Gb is usually $80 on Amazon, so this might be a deal.

The 250Gb is usually about $130-140, so that isn't much of a deal IMO.

These aren't deals. Solid-state drive prices have been going down significantly over the past few weeks.
