cpu fan for under $ 20

I am getting an i5 4570, so I can't over clock. However, I do want to achieve silence on a budget. Are there any coolers for under $20 that will get the job done? The cooler will be in an h440 and the build is meant for gaming and light video editing.

The stock cooler is perfectly fine. I've seen people use a 4770 with it. You're not overclocking so you might as save $20.

The stock cooler is acceptable, that's why Intel still bothers to package them with CPUs at all. The Hyper 212 Evo however is recognised to be very budget friendly cooler. It's good for mild overclocks, and generally being quieter than the stock cooler.

Arctic Freezer 7. However I'd also recommend to either save up for a 212 EVO or go with the stock cooler.
