3090 vs 4070TI

Go to solution Solved by ulookuglynoob,

A 4070 ti would be a lot cheaper, would perform better in games and would be less power consumptive. Go with the 4070 ti. 16gb of vram is good enough for most games.

use case? or just gaming? resolution?

Yeah gaming with games like Forza, Fortnite, Call of Duty, Apex, ect

But like what resolution? The cards are quite even in performance.

I play a lot of Forza Motorsport at max settings 3840x2160 60Hz with a 4070Ti.

There are times when more VRAM would be helpful in other games.

For games that punish me for VRAM, I just use DLSS and all is well.

Agree with the 4070Ti

It has DLSS frame generation unlike the 4090 3090. Although it may not be good to use in shooters, those games run well enough without frame generation.

The games he is playing are VRAM efficient as well. Will not run into any issue as long as not going over 1440p
