Lego PC Case

“This is a video idea post but I can’t find a video idea category i might be blind”

 

Another YouTuber I watch and probably other on here is Druaga1, and many years ago he built a PC case out of legos, with his own designs and cool mounting solutions. In his video series, he just did it with a era-appropriate windows 95 computer, but I’m curious if Linus would have his own take on this and by chance build a tricked out modern version of it. back in the day (yay.. i've been here for ages) we had the "10TB+ thread" where people posted their NAS'es with -at the time- very big disk arrays. i'm pretty sure both lego and knex were very common there.

pc have been put is just about everything you can think of. sad that all thows moding websites are gone... you think to see more of it with 3d printing but you just dont. there a few people that do it but its not like back in the old days... cases are sexy out the box no modding needed these days...

I don't agree with that. There may be less on websites, but there are many people on youtube modding cases and making them from scratch.

i rarely see custom stuff on yt. i see big builds but no custom stuff. some make like custom distro plates but that about it. maybe if i looked for custom build pc maybe but i have not seen much.

Likely the YT algorithm. I have many pop up on my list.

ya so hard to find anything on there. then all of a sudden what im looking for will pop up in my feed like from a week for now like when i  was trying to find a mindcraft 1.8 auto potion maker...
