what do i have to do in this bluescreen situation? My PC won't shutdown by itself, and I don't wanna just force-shutdown by holding the power button... 

The error code at the bottom is: KERNEL_MODE_HEAP_COMPRESSION

...

Sometimes you have to do it, I've had it do it several times during the time it says, "please don't shutoff your computer".

It's done dumping the data. It rebooting after it's done dumping is a setting, it's not required to do so.
