Can motherboard coil whine infect others components?

Hello everyone long story short build a new pc everything was fine. Started getting coil whine finnaly found out where it's coming from. Now knowing that it's the motherboard is there a chance it can start making my other components coil whine like for example the GPU or PSU ?. Or is it completely safe and other components will be fine ?.

A bad PSU can cause GPU coilwhine for example. 

But its not like your GPU will suddenly start coilwhining if you get a motherboard with coilwhine.

Motherboard coilwhine is quite uncommon, are you sure its not the GPU?

Well At first I suspected the PSU it was making some weird spinning noises from time to time (unsure about if it comes from there actually )then the coil whine started after about a month at first I suspected the GPU. But today I decided to inspect the noice further opened the back side of PC case and the sound is the loudest around the CPU area. I can technically return the PSU and the Motherboard but they have a weird policy of inspecting their things and they do take a long time actually checking them and giving a refund. Soo I was thinking to sit this through for when warranty is coming to its end. And change these parts. As long as the coil whine won't spread to my GPU or harm my GPU in any way shape or form my plan should be fine can't return it :(.

I have seen some cases similar to what you describe.

The coilwhine won't spread to your GPU and coilwhine in itself is completely harmless!  Its annoying but its not dangerous in any way

Thank you very much for your time and answer I bought a really bad motherboard it's been bugging me but it's good  to know I can wait to change stuff and not worry about burning my house down .

I wouldn't say its a bad motherboard even if it has coilwhine.  Its not as common as coilwhine in GPU's but it definitely do happen.

My first RTX 2080 Super had crazy coilwhine and my RM750i has sliight coilwhine but its not audible unless I get very close.

 

Coil whine is caused by the vibration of electromagnetic coils (Inductors) inside electronic components such as PSUs, Graphics Cards, Motherboards etc.

Its not dangerous in any way and does not affect the lifespan of the product. As mentioned above, its just annoying if its really loud but thats it
Your house is completely safe Nothing is going to burn down.
