In The Island (2005), Dr Merrick uses a desk style computer that at the time was thought to be a prototype Microsoft surface. It wasn’t, but was fairly close to the original Surface design idea.

This was suspected because of a lot of Microsoft product placement in the movie, with talks about the Surface at the time, people thought this was it. And it wasn’t too much longer later that we see the original Microsoft Surface, later rebranded to PixelSense, show up as a very similar idea.

Not a movie, but Serial Experiments Lain had, with startling accuracy, predicted how inextricable the Internet would be to modern society, back in the mid-90’s.

I was actually coming to suggest that-

Ralph Breaks the Internet - the entire thing because why not, it'd make a good floatplane exclusive

If you're going to include some bad, I think you also need some good.

and there are PLENTY of accurate and decent scenes in MR Robot to do with code. Some not so also. BUt that would be my suggestion.

Are TV series acceptable?  The series Chuck is one of my favorites and I would take the time to make some suggestions including timestamps if it is.

There's something cool here - you just can't see it.

TV Show again

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Season 2 Episode 4 The Mean Machines
Quick Jist:
An alien crystal powered Artificial intelligence attacks the Turtles By, among other ridiculous things, wirelessly controlling Construction equipment by hacking them through power lines. 7:31 for the start of the action

The original bladerunner - specifically the scene with the voice command and picture enhancing

007 Golden Eye - bonus if Linus gets a Boris shirt.

Brooklyn 99 - Season 6 episodes Sicko and Suicide Squad - the use of the Stingray surveillance tech.

mITX is awesome! I regret nothing (apart from when picking parts or have to do maintainance *cough*cough*)

2001 space odyssey (dave). There have been references to this AI in Simpsons and south park as well.

Ironsky

Minority report [precrime or VR room] (slightly political with the raise of AI in law enforcement converting this to a very real possibility)

People never go out of business.
