laptop built in keyboard move down key by itself at lock screen ease of access

it move down slowly by itself from top to the bottom just like pressing the down key when i click on the  ease of access

 

i have been updated windows 10 to newest version, intel chipset driver and also uninstall built in keyboard at device manager &disable permanently by this command （ sc config i8042prt start= disabled ）

should i try to update keyboard firmware by Razer Synapse?

is this a hardware issue or software issue?

Have you tried a different keyboard? That's the fastest way to rule it out or nail it as the culprit.
