A c tier psu won’t explode, but there’s a small chance it’ll fail. As you go to D tier the failure chance grows and at F tier is when you get the fires. Generally, the problem is the ability to handle spikes and the ability to reliably input energy. Try get onto AM5 if you can - very achievable and will give the better upgrade path - 7600 will be better for video editing than a 5700X too.

From this I think the RX6700XT is the price-performance sweet-spot for Halo Infinite.... maybe get one of those 2nd hand?
