i9-13900 priced below i7-1400k, is it worth it?

So long story short I have all the parts for my PC minus the cpu cause the prices at the time were kinda crazy, now that they lowered where I live I have a i7-14700k and the i9-13900f at basically the same price, I'm gonna be editing in premiere and playing games mainly 

Will I screw myself with the i9 or will it preform better than the i7-14700k, also will the recent i9 problems with motherboard instabilities bite me in the ass?

I'd go 14700k. You get the iGPU that can help in premiere, unlocked power limites, A bit less e cores, and it appears to have the same clocks on the p cores.

Less e cores the 13900f still has 16 e cores
