How much should I pay for this Build?

I am looking at a 2nd Hand CPU on the marketplace. The Listed Specs are:

1. AMD Ryzen 7950X - 16 Core Processor

2. Motherboard: MSI Pro X670-P with Wifi

3. Graphics Card: Gigabyte RTX 3080Ti

3. Ram : 64 GB (Corsair Vengeance 5200 MT)

4. HDD: 512 GB Aorus NVME Gen 4 and 2 TB HDD

5. SMPS: Deepcool 1000 Watts Modular Power

6. CPU Cooler: NZXT Kraken X73 3 fan Liquid cooler

7. Phanteks Gaming Cabinet

I mainly do gaming at 1440P however seems my Rx7600 is more like a 1080P card.

It is selling at 1800USD. How much should I quote without offending the seller which sounds like a reasonable price.

just copy all those values line by line into ebay.com and then go with the lowest price and add it all up, thats what the value of the raw parts are and you can compare that to the $1800.

in almost all cases, built pcs all get listed for more than the sum of the parts, but in all cases are WORTH less than the sum of their parts due to demand.

the fact that it's a used system, a reasonable offer could be around $1500-$1600 USD.

Some $1200 from me. $1400 if it's super pristine and you're desperate. Knock off even more cause you're gonna have to spend money on it straight away, 500GB SSD barely enough for Steam and a few apps let alone start adding games, as you're not gonna be playing off an HDD.

Desktop: Ryzen 7 5800X3D - Kraken X62 Rev 2 - STRIX X470-I - 3600MHz 32GB Kingston Fury - 250GB 970 Evo boot - 2x 500GB 860 Evo - 1TB P3 - 4TB HDD - RX6800 - RMx 750 W 80+ Gold - Manta - Silent Wings Pro 4's enjoyer

SetupZowie XL2740 27.0" 240hz - Roccat Burt Pro Corsair K70 LUX browns - PC38X - Mackie CR5X's

7950x - $625

Motherboard - $200

3080ti - Can be had for about $550 now used.

64gb of ddr5 - $160

2tb of storage - $150

1000w psu - roughly $130

Kraken x73 - $280

Phanteks case - $100

I got $2195

Considering it's used and a package deal, not individual components. I think offering between $1500 to $1600 seems fair like blaze said.

eBay is a horrible way to make a valuation of something, as the prices are inflated due to their fees, people bidding because they get caught up in the action, etc.
