Uni Student TV / Projector

UK Uni student here I've had a look online as I am looking to get a TV or projector for my room I'm going to most likely be doing a lot of moving in the next 2 years or so as I finish uni and can't seem to find a decent projector for anything under £500 which makes me just want to buy a good TV instead any ideas or recommendations for both obviously as space is a big concern for a TV so wouldn't want anything massive hence why I was looking at a projector. my desk is fairly large currently and I have a 27" monitor on there but there is a lot more space to use. 

 

Budget max £600/700
