Looking for a used monitor

I am currently looking for a used monitor on a budget (70$) to use as a second monitor or make the main - the second and the one I will buy the main one. I am looking at a few options:

LG 24MP48HQ-P
HP EliteDisplay E232
Samsung S24E390HL
Samsung S24F356FHI
Dell U2312HM
BenQ GW2480T

They seem kind of the same, except for Samsungs being PLS. If you could provide information why one is better than the other I will be grateful.

if you're looking at monitors that old, why not get a dell U2410f
they have every input imaginable, do PiP/PbP, ips colour accurate panel, and overall its just a solid monitor

Don't have them in my country unfortunatelly and we don't have ebay and such.
