what are all the settings you must change when you just got a new pc

I built my friend a new pc, (i5 12600kf, z690 gigabyte motherboard, rx 6800, 32gb ddr5, 1tb nvme) what are all the settings for maximizing his performance besides enabling xmp?

From windows settings to bios settings?

I already installed latest gpu drivers, latest windows update, ran stress tests to make sure his temps are fine

I do plan to slightly overclock his cpu and gpu (hes fine wit it) and optimize fan curves

Dont bother Overclocking. Just do voltage tuning. If its not your computer, dont OC. Youll be the one having to deal with all the issues that arise from that.

Otherwise besides the power settings for GPU/CPU in windows, it just comes down to what things he actually does with the computer. For the most part once you have all the drivers and such installed, thats pretty much it for casual users. You want rock solid stability with this system rather then the absolute most performance, since they are not going to notice the marginal gains that comes with that type of stuff.
