PC wont boot after enabling XMP profile.

So long story short.I changed my motherboard and cpu from amd to intel,i have a i5 12400 and a gigabyte b760m ds3h DDR4 motherboard. EVERY time i enable XMP profile from bios my pc starts but shows no display, and i have to manually reset the bios settings by removing the cmos battery. Any idea why this happens and how can i fix it? Please note that before i changed the motherboard i was able to enable xmp profiles on my old motherboard.

that's the problem right there, get a kit of 2x sticks of ram.
