Strange email delivery issue

I set up an email address using Zoho. It's on a custom domain. It receives emails from Gmail accounts and Zoho accounts, but I'm trying to send it an invoice from Stripe and it's not coming through.

 

I triple-checked that spf, dkim, and dmarc are configured correctly.

 

Here's the kicker: I created an alias for the address, and I can send the invoice to that alias, so jd@example.com receives the email, but johndoe@example.com doesn't.

 

I checked everything I can think of using mxtoolbox.

 

It seems like the specific email address is blacklisted somewhere, but why would that prevent it from receiving emails?

Also, I can send the invoice to johndoe+@example.com, and it gets delivered. Which almost makes it seem like Stripe is at fault.
