Region lock/other problems with the Onn Google TV 4K Streaming box in Europe?

Hi!

I was actually looking for an android TV box and recently saw the new video about them, where the Onn Streaming Box piqued my interest.
Unfortunately, I live in Europe where it is not really available, however, even when buying through Amazon with shipping its basically the same price as my buying a 4K Chromecast locally, so it's not that big of a deal price wise.
However, I'm not fully sure if it would even work outside of North America. Does anybody know if there are any weird region lock things or any other Walmart shenanigans that might prevent it from working?

Also, if maybe there are some equivalent android TV streaming boxes that are more European friendly, feel free to suggest.
