USB 2.0 to USB 3.2 Gen 1 header adapter

Hi, I am using a Lian Li O11 Dynamic Evo XL for my first build which has 1 USB 3.2 gen 2 and 2 USB 3.2 gen 1 ports, but my motherboard is the MSI Mag B650 Tomahawk WiFi ATX which has 1 USB 3.2 gen 2 header and only 1 USB 3.2 gen 1 header, in addition to several USB 2 headers. Is there an adaptor or chain of adaptors that allows me to use all my front IO, even at USB 2 speeds? Looking online all I've found are USB 2 to USB 3.0 and USB 3.0 to USB 3.2. I am unsure whether the ends of any adaptor monstrosity I may have to construct would be male or female.

  USB 3.2 gen 1 (the fat blue one) can do 2 usb 3.0 and USB 3.2 gen 2 (black small one type e) can also do 2.

 

you can buy a pcie card as well to get more fat blue ones or type e.
