1080p looks bad

Saboo

I recently changed from 4k to 1080p for gaming and everything looks pixilated. I was wondering what i could do to fix this.

Well yeah 1080p at 24 inches wont look sharp.

Make sure AA is on, 3d render resolution is at 100% and the res is actually 1920x1080.

For the price of this overpriced 24 inch screen you could have gotten a great 27 inch 1440p one that will simply look better

Yes because your resolution was too low. 1080p at 27 inches is far yoo low. At 24 inches its better but still not good. 21 inches is the sweetspot.

For 27 inches 1440p is the sweetspot like 21 inches is 1080p

You simply goy the wrong screen

Yes of course.

Ok so the benq you bought is insanely marketed as a pro gaming monitor. But when tested you can have the same performance on a screen that costs like 170$. Give or take 1ms response time. Which doesnt matter unless you are the top 0.0001% of like cs:go players for example.

guys... it also depends on the screen type... i have a 1080p Toshiba lcd tv... everything looks mushy on it, no matter what.... but my 27" 1080p asus ips monitor looks crisp as hell, and with DSR 4K it actually looks like 4K too...

yeah im using my msi 1440p ips rn, but in all honesty i prefer the 1080p asus,  it has an overall nicer picture, better colors especially...
