Powershell automatically pops up with this issue

While using PC, the Powershell automatically triggers. It consumes rams and CPU's. I have to manually End Task it form task manager. I heard, this is some kind of crypto-malware. I have scanned with malwarebytes, but can't find any issue. It will be very helpful if someone help me to fix it.

You may handle things differently but if it was me, I've seen enough to just shut the machine down and nuke it from orbit. I'm wouldn't waste my own time trying to "fix" that.

I don't own a crystall ball, but..

I'm pretty sure Clean Reinstall was what "nuke from orbit" said by @GuiltySpark_ meant.
