Yeah, it would be just fine.

But I would get a CX500M for that build.

Yes an RM 650 will be fine with that system, but to save money you can go with a 500w PSU as 650W is slight overkill. Having said that, if you plan to upgrade your system in future, for example getting another graphics card, it might be worth having the extra wattage  :)

More than enough juice. If you want to SLI that gtx 760 you can do that with 650 watt.
