PS4 restoring licenses

I tried to restore licenses, however it stops at 58/718. Does that mean, that the other 718 games are there? I can only access the 58 apps/games and the other ones don’t even show up in library. What can I do to fix it? I don’t want to lose this much games

Sony's official support documentation doesn't provide instructions if license restoration fails, so you'll want to contact Sony support.
