So I was watching the Prusa MK4 announcement video and saw that they used the LTT screwdriver to tension the belts

It's a great screwdriver, every time my dad happens to use it, he's blown away by the quality and usability. However, he doesn't want to spend $70 on a driver and his gifts this year involved an entire $1500 PC, so he's gotten plenty this year from me.

My opinion being high of the screwdriver. In terms of my every day screwdriver, that's generally accomplished by my EDC multitool, the Leatherman Charge+ Ti with a DIY knurled ratcheting bit adapter that allows you to use any 1/4" bit. Both easily pocket carried, so in terms of compactness, its hard to beat if its with me anytime I leave the house.

I have brought the LTT screwdriver if I know I'm going to be doing a lot of screwing *insert inuendo here* and bringing other tools/parts along already.

I'm not sure what you mean by that, this is really the only 'social media' I have, so I'm not up-to-date with the lingo. Unless we're talking about nautical miles, but I'm not sure how that's relevant to the topic.

i mean.. LTT screwdriver colors sort of match the prusa colors.. maybe it literally was an "oh, this makes sense" moment for the people that put together prusa's marketing materials, when choosing between the LTT screwdriver someone had in their pocket, a beat up wera laying around, and some aldi special.

I had posted a tongue in cheek remark, then I decided it wasn't appropriate.

personally i don't blame a tool for the actions of a few. and largely the LTT response so far was from growing pains and never having to filter what they say and do and now they are aware of it and doing better so far now its a wait and see approach.
