Software for Manange some PC Settings Linus show in the past?!

In the past Linus show in a Video a Software who can Tweak the CPU maybe the GPU to get more power out of a Device.

Sadly I cant find them in my File List anymore.

So does anyone remember what the Name was?

Not sure what software you are talking about. I mean there are plenty of overclocking softwares for gpus the most prominent being MSI afterburner. As for cpu it's mostly a bios thing to overclock besides software like ryzen master.

Honestly I am not sure what software you are talking about but I wouldn't trust any third party software that said it could do that as there are too many viruses and other harmful programs that has similar claims back in the day so you would download them.

Sure the on Linus presented was probably legit but I don't think looking up on gitbub for a similar program would end with undesirable results.
