Pretty sure 460w will be fine. People on PCPartPicker have run a single GTX 770 with 450w. A 760 requires less power, therefore, I think you're safe.

um are you sure you arent power starving it because 190 seems fishy since the 660 alone has a 140 tdp

The TDP spec is theoretical and is higher than what you'd normally peak at in actual testing.

well i would upgrade because i have no molex conectors and i want to add fans and i only have 2 6pin and the 760 i would get http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/part/evga-video-card-02gp42761kr need a 8 and a 6

Which psu were you referring to? I thought you were asking a hypothetical question.

no i have a 460w psu, it is oem from dell in my xps 8700, i am looking at upgrading my gpu to a 760 and adding a ssd in the future, would i need to upgrade my psu for the 760

Not sure what psu the system comes with but I'd probably recommend getting a new psu.

If it's one of those crappy Dell OEM's..., then I would recommend upgrading. A non-modular 500w PSU is easy to find for $50-60. I would recommend the EVGA 500b... because... EVGA.

If single rail then you can use adapters with no worries about sharing Wattage between rails

dont know if i have pics since i removed the drive cage cause you can see it better, but i have a 4pin thing for my cpu and the other 12v rail

That's not that different from having Corsair on the side. 

Corsair doesn't manufacture their own psus but instead rebrands from other manufacturers with different series coming from different manufacturers.

 

Since Dell doesn't flat out label a 'series/line of psu' on the side, it's harder to look up who they're sourcing from.

Then get a good brand PSU with the capacity your, now informed, estimations suggest.

The Stock PSU cannot support a GTX 760; if Dell hasn't changed the design since the XPS 8500, then the PSU only has 2x6-pins.
