Popped into this thread, noticed a few posters here have a "0 posts" count.  Is that because posts in this thread (or in Off Topic - which?) don't count toward your post total?  I can understand why that'd be the case, so people don't spam in here just to get their post count up.  (I got banned from a forum once like 16 years ago for that, they required you to have 750 posts or something before you could have a custom avatar or title, IIRC.)

 

/me wonders what would happen if Linus "ripped" his shirt with a delidded FX-9590 (with no cooler attached) :P problem would be putting the CPU under Prime95 load when it's not in a motherboard :o

I dreamt that I went full Linus and decided to make a CPU waterblock from scratch, tried to install it in a watercooled system, sprung a leak and killed everything. Woke up freaking out and looked over at my computer to convince myself it wasn't real.

MERCHANDISE???

I know there is usually links to merchandise (i.e. T-Shirts, hoodies, etc.) in the details of the youtube videos, but i would have thought (logically) there would be a link to said wares in the LTT Forum. Logically by clicking on "Store" one should be able to find such a link.

 

Is there a reason for this absence??? 

 

Maybe there is a link hidden in some obscure spot in this site but this noob cant seem to find it, which  makes me think there are probably a ton of similarly challenged people that might proudly wear the merch were it as easy to find as clicking on Store link.
