dbrand doesn't do codes to my knowledge. At least not shopping cart ones. Looking at their subreddit this was a short sale:

then the sponsor was a false ad? if they dont do code, why would they say visit site and enter code a sponsor segment? i'm confused

It was not a false ad, it was a limited time that's already over where you had to use the specific link and code to access it.

Yeah I could've worded that better. I meant that they don't have a general code system where you add something in the shopping cart and then get a coupon code field. Instead, like at @Lurickshows, there was a specific link you had to use that asked you for the code.
