Cpu waterflow monitor

I don't rmember the correct term, or name of the product, but in a i belive techquickie video, their was a mentioned waterflow monitor from corsair that was like the size of a box, anyone know the name of it?

Corsair doesnt sell/make a flow meter for custom loops. The only one they have that I recall is a small little pinwheel inside a GPU block.

Alpha cool has a fitting that reports flow and temp to the board if applicable. 
I think bitspower and a few others have the one that had a screen on it that does the same. If that’s what you’re asking about.

Yep, and in my opinion, these pinwheels are pointless as they don't actually give any data.

 

What you are looking for OP is a flow meter which can range from as simple to in-line flow meters that report the data to a display screen to something more robust that can pull the data for flow and coolant temperature and be used in software for fan curves and such.

 

Aquacomputer makes the most accurate devices for these purposes, though some are hard to get.

Aquacomputer makes a standalone meter, the NEXT, that is absolutely worth every penny.

 

Thermaltake makes a digital flow meter as well, it is less advanced than the Aquacomputer ones. I believe I have seen it on Amazon.

 

Bykski and Bitspower also make an inline digital flow meter, but they can be a pain to setup as I believe most of them operate off 5v and need a little converter.

 

The pinwheel ones are pointless.

Bykski and Barrow make these meters, they are using standard molex plug. however they have direction it can be changed.

The best controller on the market is aquaero by aqua computer with it you can monitor everything but you might end up spending a lot of money on it including all the sensors.

The Aquacomputer NEXT is a standalone meter. Doesn't need any of their other hardware and uses their software with a a built in LCD display. Great little unit, I have one.

 

Also I did say most not all. There are molex powered Bykski and Bitspower meters but they aren't as easily available depending on what part of the world you're in.

You can get by with a Quadro/Octo controller and some sort of High Flow device. Don't necessarily need an Aquero.
