Last look on my partslist before buying

Hey,
I am a student and only have this old netbook, I want to build a gaming system on a budget. I have searched around and made a partslist, I want the SSD for the speed and I chose 4GB RAM to stay under budget. I plan on overclocking in the future. So what do you think?

Budget & Location: My budget is $600 and I live in Belgium.

Aim: Mostly gaming (Minecraft, LoL, Bioshock infinite, Borderlands 2,...), and then webbrowsing and SolidWorks (if it can stream games on twitch that would be nice too)

Monitors: I have one 24" 1080p monitor

Peripherals: I have mouse, keyboard and operating system

Partslist:

I am a "stupid" 17 year old that can solve a rubik's cube in under 30 seconds and that is getting into pc gaming.

Thumbs up?

I noticed you're on the American page of PC Part Picker. Living in Belgium, are you able to get all those same prices?

The build itself seems okay, but as soon as you get some more cash on hand, I'd recommend getting an aftermarket CPU cooler and upgrading your RAM to 8 GB.

Thanks for the reply,

yes, I can get the parts for the same price and what cpu cooler would you recommend?

Hm. I would've suggested the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO, but PCPP is flagging an incompatibility, possibly because your case doesn't have enough room for that CPU cooler's height. :/

Perhaps the Hyper TX3? I haven't used it personally, so I can't be 100% sure, but it seems to be in the same 'family' as the Hyper 212 EVO. http://pcpartpicker.com/part/cooler-master-cpu-cooler-rr910htx3g1

a single 4gb stick isn't much to play games these days, and it would be wiser to spend more on RAM so you won't have to upgrade so quickly. With a couple of small changes, I was able to get you 8GB dual channel RAM, a CPU cooler, and get you under budget. This suggestion will play 98% of current available games, I think with a little tweaking of the CPU & graphics card, you should be able to play all games.
