Kind of funny to have them need to talk around the whole thing of the Thermal Grizzly Contact frame because it's a sponsored video making it awkward to explain that there are some contact issues  especially if you want to absolutely maximize performance.

Jake needs some tactile transducers.
The cheapest non-awful amp in the world and an Aurasound BST4 or Buttkicker LFE mini would rock his world. Literally. Though only as big as a vibration.

half the videos I find on these things are for car sims.

3900x | 32GB RAM | RTX 2080

1.5TB Optane P4800X | 2TB Micron 1100 SSD | 16TB NAS w/ 10Gbe
QN90A | Polk R200, ELAC OW4.2, PB12-NSD, SB1000, HD800

I had looked around for ages for something that could power passive speakers and headphones with also a bass out

If Jake wants a less janky amp/dac solution I really like the Loxji A30 Im not an audiophile but z reviews on youtube who has a lot of audio gear likes it quite a bit.

its pretty cheap and might just be worth a look/investigation if you want less cable clutter on your desk

I love the Loxjie A30 for speakers, I've got one running my TV audio, but the headphone output is really bad. It's absolutely anemic and not at all a replacement for a proper headphone amplifier.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I hadn't caught the WAN show yet but saw the title. Was the the big sponsor from the title?

Yep. They're going to do an AMD sponsored series now instead.

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.

‘Cancelled” is not correct. More like “contract expired and amd wanted to pay more than inTel “.

I think it's more that "contract expired and AMD totally wants to pick up the bill that Intel couldn't be bothered paying any longer".

Exactly. I listened to tthis week's WAN Show, and here's the story I took away: "The contract was for X episodes/months, they hit X episodes/months, and they couldn't come to an agreement to renew the contract. The series was a solid performer for the channel, so naturally they wanted to continue it. LMG reached out to other advertising partners to find a new sponsor, and AMD picked up the torch."

The WAN Show episode title was sensationalized, but this explanation makes sense to me. Linus said they're still working with Intel (they're just not underwriting Intel Extreme Tech Upgrade anymore), so they couldn't have gotten them that angry.

I sold my soul for ProSupport.

I think it is X months Bcz in that wan show Linus said he planned to give it to every employee I Dont think even 2 years ago they only had 24 (Eligible) employees and The time is the reason the Upgrade isn't gotten for everyone (and they company grown massively) . And i really thought ASUS picked up the Torch when he said There is one letter From ARM. It would be interesting to see they can use Nvidia Gpus or have to use AMD ones
