Need to know if I am getting ripped off

I have been wanting to build my own gaming PC for a long time now and finally decided to go for it. Below are the components that I was planning on buying:

 

1. Ryzen 9 5900X

2. RTX 3080TI

3. 1TB NVME SSD

4. 16 gigs of RAM

5. Cooler Master NR200 Max

 

I live in India and the approximate build cost is coming to around Rs. 240000 (don't remember exact amount) which is about 2900 USD. Funny enough, I looked at a few SI companies here in India and there was one build with the exact specifications and the price was ~ 175000 which is around 2,100 USD. The GPU belongs to a brand called PNY (PNY XLR8 REVEL to be exact). Has a Kingston NVME SSD and TForce RAM. The PC case is the same as above. Wanted to know if this is a good value for money and if I am being ripped off somehow. Thanks!

Seems kinda high for what you are getting, but I am not in India

For 2100USD, that is an okay price but like above... I don't know India's pricing.

Having only read the title, the answer to that question is almost always “yes”.

 

having now read the original post, if I made a rig like that out of used parts I would be spending about a grand in the U.S. the used market for 3080tis is (or was the last time I looked) unusually low.

If the SI has it for cheaper and it's quality name brand parts, I'd get if from them. Otherwise you should check into getting the GPU used and see how much you can knock off the cost of building it yourself. 30 series cards are super cheap on Ebay if that's an option for you. Obviously the prices in India are going to be much higher than the US pricing. As a build with those parts would be between $1000 and $1500 USD actually in the US.
