LTT screwdriver - slippery handle

slaurel

Received my screwdriver. It's great - but slippery on the handle.

Has anyone come up with a good aftermarket approach to improving the grip?  Preferably something that isn't a permanent modification, wouldn't leave sticky residue if you ever wanted to remove or refresh it...

I settled on using 1 1/2 wrap round of red vet tape. Not perfectly pretty, with the variation in handle circumference along the length, the 1 1/2 turns doesn't make a straight line.

Perfectly functional though. Good grip, removable/replaceable with no residue.

grab yourself a soldering iron and stipple the handle.

Nice.

High chance of message being edited, mostly to add clarification or fix typos.
