There will be no meaningful difference in performance between PCIe 3.0 and 4.0 for that card.

I think I know the answer to my own question in that the RTX A2000 has 16 lanes to work with (as opposed to the RX 6400's four), but if I buy one and slap it on a Z390 board, am I looking at any performance degradation? The idea of a what's, in terms of performance, a low-profile GTX 1070 is...yeah. Me gusta.

Aerocool DS are the best fans you've never tried.
