Can GPU being too close to front panel be a problem?

ihsus

I am building a new PC with 13700K (cooled by an 240 AIO side-mounted or 280 AIO top-mounted) and MSI RTX 4080 Gaming X Trio in a Lian Li O11 Air Mini. I have found some pictures on the internet where the GPU is very close to the front panel. Can this be a problem for airflow? Does this affect thermals and noise a lot? Should I get a bigger case for these components?

This LTT video initially made me worried about this (4:43) :

That's fine.

Hose bend on that AIO is the highest point so an air bubble may keep trying to collect there.  I don’t know if it makes a huge difference though.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.
